GeoStabilization International Construction Laborer in Traveling, Kentucky

You will be laborer working aside experienced technicians measuring, drilling, mixing concrete, and creating sustainable infrastructure. ResponsibilitiesMix, spray, run hoses, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumpsMove materials on a construction siteRead and determining measurementsMaintain a clean and organized construction siteWork together in a team environmentLearn to operate rock drillsOperate construction equipment such as excavator, all terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front end loadersQualificationsBasic Qualifications Any prior soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation experience OR prior construction industry experience as a carpenter or framer for example OR prior concrete experience such as a concrete finisher/form builder or shotcrete experienceOR significant experience working outdoors in a collaborative, physical environmentMust not be afraid of heightsThe ability to travel at least 3 weeks out of every monthReliability and a strong work ethicEnthusiastically work with a diverse teamPreferred QualificationsA CDL Class A or a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Climates vary in degrees, in tropical to desert environments.The noise level in the work environment is moderate and hearing protection is often required.Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.Regular heavy lifting (50lbs+) of construction materials on the job site.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Pay: $20-$25/hr. In 2023, individuals in this role, with overtime, made the equivalent of over $27/hr. Travel: 100% travelling in the US. Employees are expected to work a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule.
