Assess the risk of extending credit to both individuals and other businesses based on their credit profiles. Assist management and lenders in evaluating commercial loan requests by analyzing repayment capacity, preparing spreadsheets, summaries, and opinions for Lenders/Management, and preparing presentations to bank loan committees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Evaluate the financial information and credit data to determine the risk associated with lending money to the industry and principles
Determine if the loan structure is compliant with bank and/or regulatory policy and if it is appropriate for the loan request
Prepare financial statement spreads using the Banks preferred financial statement analysis software
Prepare in-house spreadsheets designed to quantify borrower\'s personal, global, and real estate debt service abilities
Compare credit histories, liquidity, and profitability of companies being evaluated with similar companies in the same industries and locations
Prepare narrative analysis of findings and recommendations for lenders
Communicate with Lenders about the loan requests and any questions that must be answered prior to submission.
Assist with financial covenant compliance, borrowing base compliance, and floor plan agreements monitoring as requested
May assist, coordinate, and attend loan committee
Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
