We are seeking Gelcoat Patch Technicians to join our boatbuilding team in Trenton Maine. \ Responsibilities
Performs complex repairs on defects in fiberglass boat hulls, decks, and cabins and small parts, using hand tools and power tools.
Examines parts for mold and lamination defects, such as cracks, air pockets, blisters and cosmetic flaws.
Understands de-lamination and the corrective action necessary to repair.
May grind, repair, and clean molded fiberglass parts preparatory to assembly into boats.
Must be skilled in gelcoat touch ups, and color matching preferred.
