Position: CPS Trainer and Supervisor
Hiring Range: $60,991 - $76,169
Description: The CPS Trainer and Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and professional development of CPS staff. This position combines supervisory duties with a focus on training, ensuring that all CPS staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective child welfare services. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, conducting compliance reviews, and providing guidance and oversight to CPS caseworkers to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Education and experience requirements:
- Masters degree in social work from an accredited institution and two years of directly related experience; OR
- A bachelors degree in social work from an accredited institution and three years of directly related experience; OR
- A masters degree in a human services field from an accredited institution and three years of directly related experience; OR
- A bachelors degree in a human services field from an accredited institution and four years of directly related experience; OR
- A bachelors degree from an accredited institution and five years of directly related experience; OR
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
