WM WM Way Manager - Post Collections in Trenton, New Jersey

I. Job Summary
Functions as a corporate resource to area WM Way Managers, Optimization Directors, and Operations Directors. Provides business expertise while conducting highly complex business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align business solutions with the company strategy and initiatives. May have one or more direct report.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. Must live and work in the US.
A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
High School Diploma (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
5 years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).
Valid Driver's License
100% Remote
Travel 50-70%

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $114,800 - $174,915. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 25% annual target bonus.
