Position Overview:

Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is in search of a dedicated IT Service Manager with a preference for candidates possessing a background in HR or IT systems, and hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role places a strong emphasis on IT and Cybersecurity compliance, making relevant expertise in this domain highly advantageous.

What would be your role?

As an IT Service Manager, you will take on a pivotal role, responsible for

  • Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.

  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and implementing strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.

Your qualifications and Skills:
