Position Overview:
Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is in search of a dedicated IT Service Manager with a preference for candidates possessing a background in HR or IT systems, and hands-on experience in both on-premise and cloud-based SaaS solutions. The role places a strong emphasis on IT and Cybersecurity compliance, making relevant expertise in this domain highly advantageous.
What would be your role?
As an IT Service Manager, you will take on a pivotal role, responsible for
Ensuring the IT and cybersecurity compliance of applications aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with stakeholders and customers to gain insight into their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
Promptly addressing customer issues and concerns with professionalism to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless IT service management and customer support.
Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and implementing strategies to boost the quality and efficiency of IT service delivery.
Your qualifications and Skills:

Several years of hands-on experience in HR and/or IT systems.
