Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Auxiliary Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities: - Assist Lead Teacher with plan for instruction and developing lessons and free choice activities around themes or studies. - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote student engagement and behavior management - Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance - Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development - Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all students - Provide individualized additional support as needed - Ensure the well-being and welfare of each child in your care

Requirements: - Possess a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) - Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment - Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
