TEKsystems Business Process Analyst in Troy, Michigan
Description:
The Business Process Analyst will work closely with project stakeholders, SMEs, and individuals within various departments to help design or redesign processes, manage change, and implement new systems and strategies. This individual will be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into system and business requirements and future-state process.
This team is focused on a project to move off of Jira and onto Azure boards. They will need to meet with teams to understand how they do things now, what their pain points are, and where they need to be future state. They will then create a standard, document it, and build out workflows to support it.
Skills and qualifications:
· 3+ years’ experience in IT business process analysis
· Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings, proposals, and obtain necessary approvals from stakeholders
· Proficiency in Business Process Modeling tools to create detailed process diagrams and flowcharts
· Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify process bottlenecks and devise feasible solutions
· Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels within the organization
