Position Summary for the CNC Machinist: We are currently hiring CNC Machinists for multiple shifts in an innovative facility near Grafton, VA. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity!! Sign on bonus potential!!!

Shift Times for the CNC Machinists:
- 1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:30AM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-12:00AM
- 3rdShift: 11:00PM-7:00AM
- OT Potential but not mandatory
- Shift Premium Offered - 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift
Position Responsibilities for the CNC Machinist:
- Responsible for machining on CNC Mills and/or CNC Lathes
- Experienced with working with all and not only limited to: VTC, Mitsubishi, GandL Boring Mills, Taki Lathes, Fidas, Mori seiki, Cincinnati, Toyota VMC, Douson, Kitamira
- Responsible for working with CNC Controllers - Fanuc, Siemens, and GandL Johonson Controls
- CNC Programming experience - GandM Code
- Edit Programs (Square Stuff Off)
- Materials being machined: HY Steel, Mild Steel, Titanium, Inconel, Brass, Aluminum, Forgings and Castings
- Tool Changes per shift: 1 to 3 per shift
- AXIS on Floor - 3 AXIS, 4 AXIS and 5 AXIS
- Some Machines are equipped with - Dual Pallet and Live Tooling
- Tolerance Held - +/- .1 to +/-.005
- Inspection Responsibilities - They sign off on work package
