Aerotek Maintenance Tech in Troy, Michigan
Description:
1st and 3rd Shift Maintenance Tech!
700 ton injection mold presses. Screw in dies. Valve and Hydraulic ran machines. Water coolers to cool parts. Candidates will work in 2 man teams; there are 4 per shift. They will be making parts for wheel-liners, cowells and washing machine parts. Candidates will also be responsible for troubleshooting 3 axis robots, hot runner systems (up to 480v) preventative maintenance routines, running hydraulic machines, if necessary replacing pumps and motors, PLC troubleshooting issues, working on prox switches, sensors, and ultimately following lock-out tag out procedures.
SHIFT:
3rd shift: 10pm– 6am (Sunday night start)
1st shift: 6am-2pm

3+ years Plastic Injection Maintenance Experience
400+ ton experience
3+ years Hydraulic troubleshooting
Troubleshooting of 480V

NICE to HAVES:
Plastic Processing experience
5-7 years of Plastic Injection experience
Rotary, 2 shot experience
Bolstered Tool/Stack
6 axis robot troubleshooting/repair
