Job Description

- Continuous training with all MLOs on the sales managers team (team will usually have 8-12 individuals).
- Advise and guide MLOs on how to help clients through the mortgage process
- Help team review financial information from all relevant parties
- Help team originate and evaluate mortgage loans according to company guidelines & laws
- Train team on how to submit and monitor the status of applications
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Interact with realtors, appraisers, and sales agents
- Train team on how to build long time connections
Help launch the next generation of MLOs careers.
Candidates should possess leadership qualities, have patiences, good moral character, positive attitude, multitasking skills, and an ability of effectively communicate.
* Sales manager must have at least 1 years of MLO experience *
