Unity House Early Childhood Teachers in Troy, New York

$ 1250 sign on bonus for eligible candidates.

Positions available in Albany and Troy. Both located on the bus lines! Please let the hiring manager know which position and location you are interested in!

Opportunities are: Childcare Teacher, Toddler Care Teachers and Infant Care Teachers.

Responsibilities:

Work with children six weeks to 5 years old, which age group you work with, depends on which Childcare teacher you accept.

Work with the Childcare manager in the everyday functioning of the facility.

Assist with all aspects of the needs of the children and over all classroom staff.

Maintain cleanliness of classrooms.

Create a warm and nurturing environment for the children in the program.

Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

AA in Early Childhood Education, CDA or 9 credits in Early Childhood Education with experience working with children in these age groups. Must be flexible as program needs change throughout the day and dependable. Must be able to pass a background check.
