Policy Research Associates Project Associate in Troy, New York
Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA) is seeking a full-time Project Associate to provide subject matter expertise and support across multiple projects focused on expanding access to community-based behavioral health and support services for adults within the criminal legal system.
The candidate for this position will possess programmatic and policy-related expertise (at least 5 years) in mental health and/or substance use treatment and the criminal legal system, with a working knowledge of the myriad policy and systems-level issues for this population. The candidate will also have an established track record of coordinating, overseeing, and ensuring the effectiveness of project activities, including meetings, workshops, training institutes, technical assistance, information gathering and dissemination, and task supervision of project support staff members. The ideal candidate will also have specific experience in the field with crisis response, including mobile crisis and other collaborative crisis response models.
