ITW Credit and Collections Analyst in Troy, Ohio

ITW Food Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Analyst to join the team in Troy, Ohio. The individual must possess excellent customer service skills, manage a high level of confidentiality, and provide strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities include:
Comprehensive analysis of financial information and assessing the risk of offering credit to customers in accordance with established corporate policies and optimizing corporate profitability
Use of secondary protection to include job/projects, letters of credit, pre-lien notices, personal and cross-corporate guarantees in credit extension
Monitor credit exceptions for new shipments
Facilitate communication with both external and internal customers to reconcile disputed balances
Maintain existing portfolio of credit accounts on an on-going basis through regular correspondence
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in related area
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
