We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following opportunity.
Quality Lead Associate
3rd Shift
Starting Pay Rate: $19.35 ($18.35 + $1.00 Shift Premium)
Pay increases $1.10 within 6 months and then .60 cents every 6 months!
Primary responsibility is to audit the production line associates and processes to ensure completion the day's work in a safe, quality-minded and efficient manner and report issues and information to the Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits on the line to support production quality
- Ensure all production output meets quality standards
- Act as a liaison between Quality and Production
- Provide associates with quality information to complete their daily work
- Coordinate with supervisor to ensure all quality issues are addressed
- Monitor that all safety and quality guidelines are followed
Qualifications:
- Stable work history with excellent attendance record
- Knowledge of automotive production processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and use a variety of computer software programs
- Follows all safety requirements of the company -- (including PPE -hat, glasses, steel-toed boots, uniform, hearing protection, gloves, etc.) safe job behaviors, etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically
