We are currently looking for a motivated professional for the position of Senior Manager Maintenance located in Troyan.

The opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for all engineering activities on the site. You will organize the design and installation of the production equipment along with assistance in its qualification and commissioning. The role is actively involved in the implementation of investment projects related to production facilities and equipment. Manages the whole maintenance process regarding production equipment.

How you’ll spend your day

• Manage technical team of Mechanics and Technicians in production facilities.

• Organize maintenance activities for production equipment, systems and facilities.

• Provide training / onboarding to newly recruited team members in its department.

• Participates in the preparation and controls of Engineering department budget in its scope of duties.

• Actively participate in all process improvement activities within production facilities.

• Plans all engineering activities and assesses their impact on the business.

• Coordinates engineering teams on the projects he is responsible for.

• Prepares and evaluates technical documentation, standard operating procedures and technical instructions.

• Formulates and develops technical specifications.

• Organizes and participates in the delivery of production equipment.

• Supervises the supply and installation of new equipment and its commissioning.

• Takes part in the preparation and implementation of the CAPEX program.

• Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the performed technical activities and identifies opportunities for improvement.

Your experience and qualifications

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of experience in production company, food, beverage and pharma preferred

• English on advanced level

• Technical Proficiency
