What is the job about?
The Service Administrator will support administrative tasks, processes, and systems while applying professional knowledge with the ability to build trust with customers and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities:
Service Projects/Activities Order Creation & Handling : Manage the creation and handling of service projects and activities orders, including related customer care.
Materials Management : Oversee materials order and delivery, register and plan activities, and create and manage purchase orders for sub-contractors’ activities/materials using our SAP-based service management system.
Administrative Tasks : Ensure administrative tasks related to service activities are executed correctly in terms of quality and time.
Invoicing : Handle both active and passive invoicing activities.
Stock Management : Manage stocks of materials needed for works in SAP.
International Service Cases : Deal with international service cases in English, collaborating with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Service Order Follow-up : Follow up on completed and uncompleted open service orders.
SAP Super-User : Act as a Service Management System Super-User (SAP), finding solutions to departmental business needs and raising tickets in the system.
Data Extraction : Extract specific data from SAP through transactions and queries.
Technical/Administrative Support : Provide as much technical and administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues.
Invoice Issues Follow-up : Follow up on invoice issues with relevant colleagues.
Service Order Reporting : Report all service orders that have not yet been completed to the relevant responsible department and request action.
Documentation Handling : Handle and produce specific service, administrative, and legal documentation requested by customers and needed to perform service activities.
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical background or equivalent is highly desired, but experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
A minimum of 7+ years in a high-level administrative setting, preferably within a production-controlled environment.
Experience and knowledge of systems and programs such as SAP CS, SAP CRM and other Office applications.
Communicative, independent, strong, initiative and results oriented.
