Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join the Tucson team as a Customer Service Valet. The Customer Service Valet will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until the moment they depart. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Assist customers with parking their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Provide information and directions to customers as needed.
Offer assistance with luggage or other belongings.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position will be working on-site.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
