Compensation and Schedule for the Front Office Medical Receptionist

Front Office Medical Receptionist – Full-time, $17-$19 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a supportive team in a relaxed environment!

Required Qualifications of the Front Office Medical Receptionist

  • 1+ years of recent front office or customer service experience required

  • Healthcare experience highly preferred

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Front Office Medical Receptionist

  • Greet patients and visitors

  • Collect co-pays and input patient demographic details

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments using a multi-telephone line

  • Manage flow within the facility
