Design, develop, and manufacture of metallographic equipment using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Create detailed mechanical designs for metallographic equipment using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Develop solutions that meet customer requirements using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Design and development of prototypes using various manufacturing techniques, including CNC machining, 3D printing, and other fabrication methods using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Conduct systems testing and analysis to validate product functionality and performance using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Generate technical documentation, including design specifications, assembly instructions, and user manuals using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Source materials and components for manufacturing using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product design, manufacturing processes, and efficiency using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing.Stay up-to-date with industry trends in to drive innovation within the company using the knowledge of Mechanical Design (CAD Software: SOLIDWORKS); Additive and Subtractive Manufacturing (3D Printing and Machining Tools); Electromechanical Systems Testing/Troubleshooting; and Electrical Design, Assembly, and Testing.
