Community Health Systems Patient Access Representative - Tucson Surgery Cen in Tucson, Arizona

This is a part time, day shift, Patient Access Representative position working with the Tucson Surgery Center located at 2121 N. Craycroft Rd, Bldg 8.

Performs patient registration and office support duties of a complex nature. Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers. Participates in the collection of up-front revenue due the facility.

Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

Education:

Required: High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Experience:

Required: One (1) year of data entry and customer service relations

Preferred: One (1) year of registration experience in a medical environment

Licenses/Certifications:

Preferred: American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification.
