Hunter Contracting Rental Equipment Coordinator in Tucson, Arizona

Job Purpose: To coordinate the transportation of construction equipment, and materials. Monitors equipment utilization, and availability. Tracks and inventories all company assets, small tools, and maintains current asset locations.
Roles, Duties, & Responsibilities:
Dispatch Hunter equipment transport drivers.
Coordinate rental equipment and arrange for transportation.
Establish rates for rental equipment.
Reconciles rental equipment invoices and hour reporting.
Tracks daily orders and coordinates timely delivery of equipment.
Maintains current availability of support equipment.
Track and maintain current small tool inventory.
Communicates with Shop Service Manager when equipment is returned to the shop / yard.
Maintain current equipment availability reporting after repairs are completed.
Maintains completed project document of small tools, equipment, vehicles, and storage.
Performs miscellaneous reports and other support required by the Shop Service Manager
Supports the Goals and Objectives of Hunter Contracting Co.
Adheres to all HCC safety policies, procedures, and instructions from Management.
Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Work Qualifications:
Knowledgeable with construction terminology.
Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, management, and employees.
Ability to read maps and knowledge of directions.
Strong working knowledge of CMVR Rules and regulations.
Strong working knowledge of English grammar and spelling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Approaches stressful situations with patience, and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Prioritizes work to meet deadlines.
Education & Work Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma, And
Two (2) years of minimum construction terminology knowledge; Or
Equivalent combination of training and related experience
