Your key responsibilities

• Lead scientific workstream in R&D projects

• Conceive, execute and report on R&D trials to answer needs of projects and market

• Provide scientific support to existing products and solutions

• Further develop scientific and technical expertise of scientific department

• Develop and maintain strong scientific network, internally and externally

• Reinforce scientific recognition of dsm-firmenich through publication in international peer-reviewed journal and participation in international events

You bring

• Strong Expertise in the field of Poultry Nutrition (Swine expertise is an advantage)

• Strong expertise in the field of Nutritional enzymes (preferably NSP enzyme, Phytase and/or Protease)

• Good knowledge about statistics and modeling

• A solid scientific network that could be mobilized to answer R&D and marketing demands

• A highly collaborative attitude with the ability to operate within multiple teams as well as independently and to take initiative within agreed perimeter of responsibilities

• Candidate must be fluent in English and able to operate in Europe. PhD level is preferred, with at least 4-5 years of experience in the field.
