What youll be doing: {#spanstylefontsize115ptcolorblackwhatyoullbedoingspan}
- Set up and operate standard lathe and CNC machine tools to shape metal bars, forgings, and castings to precise dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and written specifications to ensure accurate machining.
- Utilize shop mathematics and skillfully handle machinist hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Work with various metals, speeds, and feeds, and operate one or more machines to meet production and quality standards.
Must-Have Qualifications: {#spanstylefontsize115ptcolorblackmusthavequalificationsspan}
- 5 years minimum relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Conversational programming experience (Mazatrol) preferred.
- Strong math skills, particularly with fractions and decimals.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
