Job Title : Trailer Mechanic
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a skilled Trailer Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on fuel tanker trucks and trailers, as well as conducting D.O.T inspections of trucks and tanker trailers. The position does not involve any engine or transmission work, as all of that is covered under warranty.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on air compressors, fuel pumps, hubs, wheels, suspension, springs, and axles.
Inspect, repair, or replace domes, valves, vents, or other equipment as necessary.
Conduct D.O.T inspections of trucks and tanker trailers.
Perform preventative maintenance on fuel tanker trucks and trailers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
