Kuehne+Nagel Contract Logistics Safety & Health Specialist in Turin, Italy

Are you a safety and health professional with a passion for compliance and risk management? Join our team as a Safety & Health Specialist, where you’ll drive the implementation of safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all.

Your Role

As a Safety & Health Specialist, you will ensure the implementation and management of health and safety standards in the business unit at local level, providing specialized advice and administrative support on all matters related to health and safety. You will also perform risk assessments, oversee safety KPIs, execute mandatory SH-training to workers and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement and promote health and safety strategies incompliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008.

  • SupportHealth & Safety reporting system, review and monitor Safety KPIs,and ensure adherence to company policies.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety andhealth compliance.

  • Perform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluaterisks, and implement preventive / corrective measures.

  • Develop and execute HSE processimprovements, including incident investigation, CAPA (Corrective andPreventive Actions) and training materials.

  • Organize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure alldocumentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure..) isup to date.

  • Conduct occupationalHealth & Safety mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHEteam.

  • Support M.D. on Medical Surveillance of workers

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree required. (Tecniche della Prevenzione nell’Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro)

  • TrainerOccupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree81/2008 mandatory.

  • TrainerOccupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 73 (work equipments) ItalianLaw Decree 81/2008 preferred.

  • 1-2 years of national experience atthe same role.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (advanced level).

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Advanced user).

  • ACAD user

  • Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implementsafety standards.

  • Excellent collaboration, process improvement, and trainingdevelopment skills.
