Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Turners Falls, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Turners Falls, Massachusetts. The role falls within the Non-Profit industry and involves various administrative and coordination tasks. The role requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

• Assist in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives.

• Handle both physical and digital records and files accurately.

• Support C-level executives with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and the community.

• Utilize management systems and Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word, for data entry and correspondence.

• Assist in customer service by processing applications and resolving inquiries.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Cross-train with the current program coordinator to ensure a smooth transition. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Familiarity with Management System and About Time software

• Ability to handle Correspondence and C-Suite communications effectively

• Excellent customer service skills

• Demonstrated skills in data entry

• Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
