TURNERS FALLS - PART TIME - CTI Program Assistant 1. Program Coordination: o Collaborate with District Leadership to identify program needs, set benchmarks, and establish timelines. o Lead biannual information sessions and interviews with applicants to ensure admission to students who align with the mission of the CTI program. o Develop and distribute marketing materials to communicate program offerings 2. Employer Engagement: o Actively connect with regional employers to align training programs with industry needs and encourage new businesses to become employer partners. o Schedule employer visits and job skill acquisition events in collaboration with MassHire, covering topics like resume writing, interview etiquette, and more. 3. Student Support: o Develop resource lists to support student retention and program completion. o Meet with students to explain program support systems, including the Commonwealth Corporation\'s voucher payment system. 4. Partnership Development: o Coordinate on-site interviews with employer partners at the conclusion of each training program, collecting employer feedback on student performance. 5. Program Management: o Analyze student certification, completion, and job placement data to refine program outcomes for future cohorts. o Provide accurate data and feedback to District Leadership to continuously improve workforce training program outcomes. o Create awareness and announce supports available to program attendees. o Serve as point person for the Student Emergency Relief Fund, identifying student needs and coordinating the application process.
