Key Responsibilities:

Craft and Develop: Shape our capability and development strategy within the Supply business, driving our growth forward.

Empower Leaders: Design and lead engaging training sessions for senior leaders, boosting engagement and enhancing our organizational culture.

Own the Training Experience: Take charge of ANZ-specific training needs, managing relationships with external vendors, TAFE, and apprenticeship partners.

Champion Learning: Serve as the go-to expert on Learning and Development, ensuring active participation and alignment with our strategic goals.

Promote Diversity: Support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, contributing to a more inclusive workplace.
