Job Title: Equipment Repair Technician
Job Description
This is a 1st shift, safety-sensitive position with a pay range of $25 to $29 per hour, depending on experience. The role is a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend or transition to a direct position at the end of the term. The position involves assembling and repairing electronic aircraft components in accordance with technical data. Responsibilities include soldering electronic components, using various tools, ensuring work is completed within Turn-Around-Time (TAT) requirements, performing shop audits, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The job also involves maintaining methods, operation sequences, and processes in the fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
Work Environment
Clean, FAA-audited facility with all work done at a bench.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
