PepsiCo North America Beverages Training Coordinator in Twinsburg, Ohio

Overview This role is dedicated to designing and facilitating training focused for frontline employees of the production facility in Twinsburg to deliver a sustainable skill set and increased performance. The identified candidate will lead training & development agenda to accelerate people capability building. In addition, this role will be responsible for leading the launch of DVC (Digital Value Chain) for the plant. This includes the implementation and training of all the DVC tools (Zarpac, paperless, energy manager, and Avertle). Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of training plan for production including: - PBT assessment sign offs - PBT assessment retraining/reevaluating, as needed - Development of training materials as needed - Coordinate and sign off on role qualification for production employees - Serve as the backup for the OC pillar leader with long term goal of leading pillar - Monitor post training effectiveness/retention through assessments and operator performance - Support production interviewing and onboarding process for new hires, as needed - Lead the development and execution of DVC with support from DVC sector/vendor teams: - Actively work with Twinsburg leadership in developing and updating DVC milestones - Support change management toolkit to prepare site for changes accompanied with DVC - Lead local super user group, user acceptance testing, and startup of all DVC tools Compensation and Benefits - The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950. - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Key Skills/Experience Required - Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required - 3-5 years production experience preferred - Demonstrated experience developing methods, procedures, SOP's using appropriate applications - At least 2 years of experience developing training materials for hourly employees preferred - Strong communication skills - Ability to deliver developed training material effectively - Prior experience working with a diverse and dynamic audience and demonstrated effectiveness in dealing training using multiple methodologies, applications and adult learning styles - Basic Microsoft and Excel skills preferred Competencies Required - Ability to work in a fact paced, dynamic and rapidly/frequently changing environment - Must be able to work independently and be able to execute under minimal supervision - Patience and willingness to understand different viewpoints, perspectives and opinions - Strong leadership -- understanding the goals and leading through others; ability to align organization goals and lead others through them - Ability to proactively predict change, lead through change and adjust to consistent change - Ability to identify new areas of training opportunities - Must have flexibility to work off shifts and weekends as needed EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
