Responsibilities
The Nurse Supervisor is accountability for the effective delivery of competent compassionate and efficient patient care for specific clinic(s). Assist Nurse Manager/Clinic Administrator in maintaining goal of the clinic specifically related to management of employees and inventory.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $ 95,111 - $117,494 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or one to one: substitute years of supervisory/management
administrative experience (4 years).
Preferred: Masters degree in nursing or related field
Experience
Required: 5 - 7 years clinical RN experience
Minimum 2 years Infusion/Heme-Onc clinc experience with at least 2 years progressive
supervisory/management/leadership experience or two to one: substitute coordinator years of experience to
supervisory experience.

License(s)
Required: Current license or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas.
Preferred: N/A
Special Skills
Required: CPR
Preferred: ACLS, OCN
Other
Required: Able to use equipment and related suppliers for a selected patient population.
Able to use mechanical devices, such as those used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, oxygen administration,
and intravenous therapy.
Proficient computer skills
Maybe required to travel to other KSC Cancer Centers.
