Seeking a year-round Kitchen Manager / Part Time Cook at Retreat Center
Responsible for preparing meals for campers and staff; ordering food and planning menus;
- Manage aspects of food service for residential camp
- Supervise and coordinate the kitchen staff
- Work with administrative staff on menu planning
- Ensure cleanliness of food preparation and delivery areas
- Follow state health department regulations pertaining to safe food practice
Penn-York Camp is a non-profit and non-denominational We are open year-round; we serve and host many summer camps, multiple year-round events, and lots of weekend retreats throughout the year. PYC maintains a rather large facility with a commercial kitchen that is exceptionally clean and very friendly to work in. Weekly Hours based on scheduled events and need.
