salary: $21 - $24.25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Provide support to various accounting needs such as data entry, scanning documents, copying, and filing.
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Code and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Work with Excel spreadsheets to maintain financial records and reports.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Technology Needed:
Familiarity with an accounting system such as SAP (Entry Level).
Proficiency in Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
