Adecco Permanent Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturer of automotive components in the Union, SC area as they search for well-qualified Metal Finishers to add to their growing operation team.
In this role as a Metal Finisher, the primary responsibilities include proficiently handling a variety of metalworking tasks such as filing, sanding, and de-burring. The execution of assigned duties involves the adept use of manual, pneumatic, and electric hand tools and machines. The job also entails manual manipulation of both the workpiece and tools. A crucial aspect of the role is the development or recommendation of techniques for Class A rework without the use of fillers.
Shift Information:
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday; 2:45pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday; 10:45pm-7:00am
The position comes with:
$18-22.50/hr. depending on experience (plus $1.00/hour shift differential as applicable)

Required Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours per day.
