Join our team as a Property Damage Customer Service Representative, dedicated to servicing property damage claims efficiently. In this role, you will check the statuses of claims for updates, provide necessary information, and answer questions via phone and email, ensuring high-quality support and customer satisfaction.

Hard Skills

  • 1 year of high volume call center experience

  • Experience with servicing Property Damage claims for auto

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

Initial training will be conducted in-office for 2 weeks, followed by a transition to a fully remote setup. Working hours are set from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
