Brandmuscle Client Specialist in United States, United States
The Client Specialist role is to lead the daily delivery and execution for assigned client accounts and to manage and mentor team members.
Responsible for ongoing day-to-day client relationship management on assigned accounts
Oversee the performance, development, and management of direct reports
Build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners
Provide tactical marketing recommendations to the client
Display a vast knowledge of each assigned client?s industry, brand, target market, and local marketing goals and challenges
Identify, recommend, and execute best practices and program improvements to support the client?s business objectives and marketing goals
Confidently demonstrate a deep understanding of BrandMuscle?s product and service offerings and share examples and case studies that will help support the client?s marketing objectives.
Manage all aspects of technical and creative projects, including project planning, fact-finding, execution, timing, functionality, troubleshooting, quality, and cost
Provide problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps
Work closely with cross-functional departments to set project expectations, priorities and deadlines and effectively communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback to internal teams
Increase team collaboration through idea-sharing and brainstorming sessions
Responsible for general brand and channel consistency on marketing site
Develop and present client presentations and recommendations
Work with the account strategy team on client billing, incremental projects, and client presentations
Lead client calls, manage status reports, and provide meeting minutes.
Train new team members and current team members on product and processes, be able to provide client-facing training as necessary.
Proactively provide thought leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related area or equivalent experience is required
5+ years of experience in ad agency account service or client-side project management
3+ years of team supervision experience
Understanding of print and digital advertising is required
Digital marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated track record as a leader who grasps marketing and technology opportunities
Advertising industry knowledge and commitment to client service
Detail-oriented with great project management and time management skills
Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and have a team player mentality
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must be thoroughly computer literate and able to learn new software and applications quickly
Some travel required
