JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Electrical Engineering at Penn State is seeking a Postdoctoral Scholar. The successful candidate will work on Phased Arrays and Power Convertors. The Postdoctoral Scholar will also mentor graduate students working in the area of semiconductor packaging. The successful candidate will be part of the JUMP 2.0 Center, namely the Center for Heterogeneous Integration of Micro Electronics Systems (CHIMES). Requirements and Qualifications: A PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline is required by the start date. The successful candidate should have clean room experience, along with a background in semiconductor packaging.
