Job Description

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. As a global leader in the field of Engineering, we are committed to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

This role can be based in our Uppsala or Vantaa offices.

Responsibilities:

• Determine and implement cybersecurity measures to protect our systems and networks

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

• Develop and maintain incident response plans

• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify and address security risks

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or similar role

• Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and effective strategies

• Familiarity with network security technologies and tools

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
