Fusion Risk Management Marketing Communications Specialist in US, United States

The Role

The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director, Marketing Communications in the development and executive of brand and communications projects that execute on the overall Marketing strategy. The Marketing Communications Specialist will work collaboratively alongside the Marketing Specialist, and Demand Generation Team to deliver content, campaigns and communications to the market.

Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Work closely with the Director, Marketing Communications to plan and develop creative campaigns that communicate the value of the Fusion Framework System.

  • Collaborate with other members of the Brand and Communications team to develop marketing materials, including content, campaigns and digital assets.

  • Collaborate with others on the Brand and Communications team to maintain the Fusion website with a focus on user engagement and content production.

  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to track, measure and optimize campaign activity.

  • Work alongside a portfolio of creative and digital agencies to bring the Fusion vision and strategy to market.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Sales, BDRs, Account Management and other stakeholders.

  • Support in the management and production of webinars, ensuring timely delivery of content and promotional materials before during and after.

  • Manage the delivery of creative campaign assets to vendors and partners including Trade and Industry Bodies, Digital Agencies and Media Partners.

  • Brief internal teams on campaign activity, including sales, BDRs and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain files in Fusion’s internal and external content management systems, including Pardot, Highspot and Sharepoint etc

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization

  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze data to inform marketing strategy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Qualifications (Education and Certifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field or 3+ years of equivalent experience

  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in a Marketing Communications role, preferably with a SaaS company

  • CMS experience required, WordPress experience a considered a bonus

Milestones for the First Six Months

In one month, you will:

  • Understand the Fusion product offering and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and stakeholders.

In three months, you will:

  • Manage the delivery of creative assets from brief to production in collaboration with

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Fusion Value Proposition and deliver content

In six months, you will:

  • Develop and manage webinars from brief through to post-production, including building the content and promotion and managing the production on and after the day.

  • Develop key content items, including whitepapers, research reports, and video content from brief through to production.
