SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a highly qualified Service Delivery Manager to join a program providing critical network operations and maintenance services for our government customer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) IT systems and services.
Essential Job Duties
Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps.
Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment.
Ability to resolve complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor.
Ability to utilize problem management database and help desk system.
Provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Active in scope DoD Secret clearance based on a T5 level investigation.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline.
10 years of experience or more managing and supervising a multi-work center IT support staff.
Three (3) years of experience in managing or working in a customer-support Service Desk for an IT services contract for 10 or more people in the past 10 years.
Possess Certified Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) inspector certification in accordance with Army standards and regulations.
IAT Level III certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree with eight (8) years of experience.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
