Job Title: Administrative/Accounting AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Administrative/Accounting Assistant with the ability to grasp tasks easily. This role provides support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform additional accounting tasks as required.
Handle filing and other administrative responsibilities.
Work comfortably with Excel, Word, and Email.
Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records for easy access.
Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Essential Skills
Ability to follow through on requested tasks.
Comfortable with math and multiplication.
Comfortable with learning new office programs.
Excellent data entry skills.
2+ years of experience with administrative support.
2+ years of experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Work Environment
This is a fully on-site, part-time position with a minimum of 25 hours per week. The role is not in a traditional office setting and involves working with a small, tight-knit team.
