TEKsystems Contact Centre Team Lead in VANCOUVER, British Columbia

Description:

TEKsystems client located in Vancouver, BC is a global real estate development company, they are looking for someone with 3-5 years of strong call center experience and a drive to lead others.

Are you hardworking, motivated, and passionate individual? Then they want you to join their fast-growing team. This role is best suited to someone with experience leading, mentoring or supervising teams.

Team Responsibilities

  • Providing customer support, at a workstation for the whole shift (needs to be comfortable sitting) handling tenant requests (phone = 20%, email and web requests = 80%),

  • Translating requests (making sure it's the right building), and creating Work Orders from the requests.

  • There are roughly 350-400 requests per day that come in spread among the team (9 full-time agents).

  • Typical work orders could be break-ins, plumbing issues, or any type of tenant requests.

  • Passing information to the proper departments to ensure problems are fixed. Logging information into Microsoft Dynamic software.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Eventually, help onboard, train, and develop new and existing contact center representatives.

  • Help with a variety of leadership tasks, such as coordinating meetings, meeting KPIs, developing reports.

  • Ensure all employees are meeting performance standards through encouragements.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of strong customer service experience in a call center environment

  • 1-2 years of team leadership experience

  • High school diploma

  • A great attitude and desire to grow and develop talent
