Strong presentations skills ability to present in front of audiences up to 100 people

Proven experience in leading teams servicing the Mid-market
Open to hiring someone on west coast- must be able to travel (Canada)
Hybrid role (2/3 days a week in office)
How you will lead
Develops and delivers detailed product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and implementation project activities (based on hours, type of project, initiative)
Responsibilities include customer engagement requiring varied interpersonal, product, technical skills
Technical responsibilities include discovery, product/technology/workflow definition and/or design, implementation, training, and solution deployment
May participate in sales presentations and will conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed
May identify additional product/services opportunities through customer engagements. Performance is measured by utilization and the customer successfully embracing, using, and recommending our products
Individuals are actively and regularly meeting with and presenting to customers and are also implementing and training to meet client business specifications (usually tied to a project or initiative timeline)
