Insight Global Sr Project Manager, P&C Transformation in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr Project Manager to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear brands. This person will Project Management oversight across a multi-year initiative (P&C Evolution) to transform the People & Culture Operating Model which includes multiple workstreams with the

most significant being the implementation of a new Shared Service capability. They will develop and manage project team communications, manage project deliverables and external vendor partnerships. They will also be responsible for developing project artifacts including project charter, project brief, project plan, project schedule, among others.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years in project management experience working within the HR space

Designations or certificates in project management (PMP)

Previous experience with Workday and ServiceNow

Experienced in running highly complex projects

Knowledgeable in varied workforce segments

Experience working with organizational change management initiatives (e.g. change strategy, stakeholder analysis,

change impact assessments, change planning, etc.)

Strong leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders from project team level to executives

Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to cater to all audiences Previous experience leading a shared services project null
