Insight Global Technical Project Manager in Vancouver, British Columbia

Job Description

An employer is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of Canada's largest athletic retailers located in Vancouver, BC, on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will be joining a Product Team that supports multiple products within the back-end ecosystem: Guest Education Operations, GEC Technology teams, Post-Purchasing, Guest Support, Pre-Purchasing, ITH, etc. The main focus for the role will be to drive the digital deliverables for the upcoming Peak season and FY25. Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager that can lead all the project delivery aspects while concurrently driving the scrum master responsibilities (scrum ceremonies, sprint planning session, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, user stories, etc)

Skills and Requirements

5 years of Technical Project Management experience; preferably coming from digital technologies in an e-commerce or retail environment

Previous experience supporting order management/fulfillment initiatives; Exposure to any communication applications, order management and/or microservice applications

Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or leading Scrum Master responsibilities (scrum ceremonies, sprint planning session, user stories, etc.)

Experience with Agile methodologies; ideally possess Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master Certification Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence

Demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills Exposure to OMS platforms
