Description
We are in search of an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. This role falls within the manufacturing industry and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Managing accounts receivable and processing around 200 sales orders monthly
• Creating invoices for clients and vendors
• Overseeing vendor management to ensure smooth business operations
• Establishing and maintaining customer accounts
• Coordinating and ensuring the efficiency of shipping processes
• Conducting data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Leveraging software such as Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for various tasks
• Ensuring the accurate recording of all financial data.
Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations
• Experience in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Capable of performing Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for managing business operations
• Ability to adhere to established accounting principles and company procedures
• Strong organizational skills for managing financial records
• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be advantageous
