Description Clinical Program Manager in Portland, OR Full-Time/Day Shift - Hybrid The Regional Program Manager of Clinical Practice Standardization is responsible for facilitating clinical standardization in the Oregon region through oversight and management of obstetric and newborn clinical policies and procedures, clinical care guidelines, implementation of enterprise and Oregon region initiatives and tools applicable to the acute care of the obstetric and newborn patient populations, including but not limited to: Facilitate regional committee of maternity nurse managers, leading discussion on implementation of standardization of practices addressing the triple aim (patient experience, clinical quality, and cost) and aligned with regional and system strategic priorities. Facilitate Perinatal Practice Council and Policy and Procedure workgroup, leading regional discussions on nursing practice and the interdisciplinary policies/procedures/guidelines that are used to support standardization and develops and implements educational tools and materials to facilitate statewide adoption of standardized clinical practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Public Health or Business Administration Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License 6 years Nursing experience which includes experience working with obstetrical and/or newborn patients. Experience with developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets. Experience facilitating multidisciplinary teams to achieve standardization of clinical processes and policies Experience with electronic medical record charting and documentation systems Why Join Providence?
