Insight Global Engineering Process Technician in Vancouver, Washington

Job Description

Insight Global is excited to announce that one of the largest silicon wafer manufacturers is looking to onboard an Engineering Process Technician to their team in Vancouver, Washington. In this role the Engineering Process Technician is responsible for conducting tests, evaluating data on equipment performance, and evaluating processes to ensure they are ran efficiently.

Day to Day:

 - Evaluate and analyze data to ensure efficient operations, recommend improvements, and maintain quality standards.

 - Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with technicians for optimal performance, and perform routine reviews and part replacements.

 - Run qualification tests, compile data, and work with vendors to document installation and maintenance procedures.

  • Collect and analyze data using standard methods, revise training materials, and may modify equipment programming as needed.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a process manufacturing environment OR combination of education and work experience will suffice

     - Experience troubleshooting equipment

  • Proven data acquisition and analysis skills - Associates Degree in engineering OR related field

  • CAD and 3D printing experience null
