As the Enterprise Deployment and Manageability Product Manager, you will help chart the future direction, strategy, product definition, and platform investments for HP's suite of Enterprise software and solutions. You will help us implement software and solutions to expedite the Digital Transformation of our users. You will bring deep customer understanding, design thinking, business planning, cross-functional partnering, and pragmatic agile software background to optimize our Enterprise solution offering, make it future-ready, drive business growth, and delight our ISV solution partners and enterprise customers. You will help translate customer needs across the value stream into tangible roadmaps. You'll work with peers in engineering, experience design, and marketing to drive actions, measure our results, and derive forward-looking insights and trends You'll work to simplify 3rd party developer, managed service provider, IT administrator, and end-user experiences, enabling delightful and meaningful business workflows that results in savings to our customers' bottom lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, iterate, and represent HP Print's portfolio roadmap including investments in hardware/firmware, cloud, and client platform capabilities. Ensure solutions can be deployed and updated across the range of enterprise configurations included mixed fleet solutions.

  • Drive line logic across solution offerings including HP Solutions, Partner/ISV solutions, and subscription models. Own the backlog and constantly prioritize and clarify for engineering and design partners.

  • Lead the transformational change in manageability and deployment to deliver increase value over time through software and solutions while minimizing support cost.

  • Build and manage relationships with partners and ISV's to understand the needs and expectations of customers along with industry trends and opportunities.

  • Partner closely with HP's technical leadership, in firmware and cloud, to ensure alignment and a common roadmap.

  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors' offerings, and solicit input from customers, partners, technical consultants, and sales teams to help drive software strategy and investment.

  • Align roadmaps and investment profiles to achieve maximum, on-strategy results.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related

  • 7-10 years minimum in product management, product marketing, appropriate technical background, or combination

  • Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party developers

  • Experience with modern hardware and software system product management

  • Previous experience in the print industry, particularly Enterprise solutions and fleet management tools

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Expertise in modern product management inclusive of agile at scale development, portfolios of products, data insights, and iterative product delivery.

  • Relentless passion for customer experience and advocacy for ease of use, quality, and reliability.

  • Experience integrating device/hardware requirements/roadmaps with software product requirement/roadmaps.

  • Experience with interconnected devices and cloud technologies including software capabilities.

  • Superior understanding of product design and current product management.

  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to build partnerships across functions and execute in matrixed environments.

  • Proven credibility with experience design and engineering leaders.

  • Excellent communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences; credible executive presence and external analyst/press-savvy experience.

  • Strong leadership experience in ever-changing environments.

The base pay range for this role is $104,800 to $158,250 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
